Yesterday we went to the zoo with Heather and Isabella. We got to see Uncle Peter at work and enjoy the beautiful day outside. The girls both did really well and we enjoyed our day together! Here are some of the pictures from our day!

When Greg and I heard that we needed to schedule a second ultrsound for our little boy we were very worried. With Tessa everything was normal and we didn't have any concerns. Now we found out we were having a precious little boy and he may or may not have some problems. For the past two and a half weeks we have prayed daily, multiple times a day, that God would hear the desires of our heart and show us that Harrison was perfect and did not have any problems. We went in today for our 3-D ultrasound appointment with a specialist. I was nervous, apprehensive, scared, and so much more. Greg was calm and at ease. He told me after our first ultrasound that God had spoken to him and that he knew Harrison would be o.k. I am so blessed to have such an amazing, God-seeking husband. I thank the Lord for him daily, faults and all! We had the exam and then had to meet with the Specialist Dr. He told us that the things they were looking at were perfect and that our beautiful baby boy was healthy and well. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to hear those words. Greg was kind of like,"I knew it all along, I told you so!" But as a mom, I needed to hear those words from a professional. I cannot tell you all thank you enough for your prayers and words of encouragement. Never underestimate the power of prayer or God's healing. The Lord is my peace and my joy and today and every day I will praise Him!
One of Tessa's favorite things to do is to take her bath before bedtime. Here are a few pictures of Greg giving her a bath! She has been calling him "Her Dad". He has been daddy, Greg, and now "My Dad". She is so funny with the things she says these days!
We went to Florida again this year for our family vacation. It was wonderful and just what we needed! It was so nice to spend so much time together! Tessa and I miss Greg during the week like crazy and this week we had him all to ourselves! We enjoyed the ocean, beach, pool, shopping, and eating. There is this new shopping complex in Panama City called Pier Park and it was great! There were all kinds of shops and restaurants to go to. Tessa's favorite part was swimming in the pool with daddy and looking for sea shells in the sand. She did not care for the ocean this year but last year she loved it! GiGi (Mom) joined us on the second day and Tessa was in heaven with her there. Every morning after we got home she asked for her GiGi. It was sweet! I got to see my best friend, Lana while we were there. We went to high school together at Goodpasture and have remained close friends! She is expecting her first child the end of July and we cannot wait to meet little Miss Savannah Jean Pate! Here are some photos from our trip. I hope you enjoy them!

This is Tessa on the way to Florida! She did so much better this year than we expected her to do. She is definitely not good in her car seat for long periods of time. This is her before her 20 minute nap. That is all she slept the whole way there. She slept for an hour and a half on the way home.
Tessa and mommy showing off baby Harrison!
Every morning Tessa and Greg would walk the boardwalk.
Tessa swimmimg at the pool! She would have stayed here the whole time if we let her!
Greg and I had a date night while we were there. Mom kept Tessa so we could go to dinner! Thanks Mom-GiGi!
This is my friend Lana and our baby bumps! She is two months ahead of me.
We are having a precious baby boy! Greg was right. He always knows what we are having by the second month. He knew Tessa was girl and he knew this baby was a boy. I never have that instinct. We both are so overjoyed! It is so different thinking about little boy things when we have had Tessa and and all of her girly things............pink everything, bows, dresses, tights, dolls, jewelry, etc. I cannot wait to meet him and see him! We have to go back next month for another ultrasound. There were a few things they wanted to take another look at again. We have been told these things are nothing to worry about and that we have a perfectly healthy baby boy. This second ultrasound is just for precaution. We are praying that the next ultrasound confirms what our Dr. has told us and that we do have a perfectly healthy baby boy. Please keep us and baby Harrison in your prayers! We love you all!
These pictures are from this morning before we left for our appointment. This is me at 20 weeks pregnant. Notice all of mommy's bracelets Tessa has on one arm! She definitely loves accessories!
I took Tessa to Portrait Innovations for her 2 year pictures on Wednesday. She did not want to cooperate at all! She wanted to play at the table with all of the toys instead. Our session was very challenging to say the least but we did manage to get a few really good shots of her! I cannot believe how grown up she already looks! It is like I blinked and she wasn't a baby anymore. It goes by way too fast but this age is fun too! She is learning so much and talking so well. She now sings all the time. Her little voice is adorable. I hope you enjoy her pictures! Love you all!
