My New Obsession

O.K. So I have now become obsessed with taking pictures of Tessa & Harrison. I do it daily. Every time I see them together I just want to capture them in a picture! They are starting to play together and interact more and I love watching them! Harrison has now found his feet and he plays with them all of the time!It is so nice to be able to have these memories forever! Here are some recent pics of them!

V-Day Dinner & Bro/Sis Fun

For V-Day we went to dinner at the Old Hickory Country Club with Greg's family. It was great to see everyone and let the cousins play together! My father-in-law, Harry, went back into the hospital last Thursday for various reasons. He is the one who had a liver transplant last July 16th. He is recovering slowly but has been at home until recently. They found out he had a blockage in his heart and put in two stints yesterday. The Dr's have told us he should be feeling alot better soon. Please continue to remember them in your prayers. Pray for continued recovery for him physically. Pray for Paula to have the strength and peace it takes to take care of Harry like she does!

After dinner we went to my mom's and visited with them. Tessa loves her Papaw and had so much fun with him! Harrison loves his GiGi and played with his new V-Day bear that sang "wild thing" to him. It was too cute!

I have also added some pics of the kids playing together! Harrison just adores Tessa and smiles whenever he sees her! They are starting to interact so much these days and I love it! I hope you are all doing well and had a great Valentine's Day too!

My Valentine

I love this holiday! I have always thought it was special and one of my favorite times to tell family and friends how much you love them! As a parent, I love it even more because I get to make fun things for my kids and their friends! Greg thinks I 'overdue" it but it is so fun! Tessa had her school party today and we made cupcakes! She loves to help bake, especially when it is sprinkle time! We also made little goodie bags for all of her classmates. She picked out her own Valentine cards for them and the candy we put in her bag! She felt so special handing them out and giving them all her special cupcakes she made! I love my little Valentine!

Tessa & Harrison

I have to say that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE being a mommy! I truly believe God intended for me to be a full time mom! It is tough when they are sick but I could not image doing anything else! Tessa is doing better each day with with potty training! Seeing her now just brings so much joy to my heart! She is getting to be such a little girl, not my baby girl anymore and I love watching her grow! Harrison is getting so BIG! At his 4 month check up a week ago he weighed 16.1 lbs! This boy eats all the time. We had to start him on cereal and food to try to keep him full for longer periods of time. He was wanting to eat every 1 1/2 to every 2 hours. Even after starting him on food he still eats alot! I love having a big healthy boy! He is still so laid back and calm all the time. He only fusses when he is hungry or tired!
