Mom is still having some issues with headaches, dizziness, and fatigue. She is continuing her therapy for her neck issues and we all pray it will work over the next three weeks. If it does not she may need corrective surgery. That is what we all want to avoid for her! She has already had many back surgeries and does not want another one especially on her neck.
Harry continues to be in isolation in the surgical ICU at Vanderbilt. He is still being given antibiotics for the pneumonia and has a trach in his throat for the ventilator machine. He has good days and bad days. Today seemed to be a good day for him. He was moved to a private room with a window that he can see out of. We all think and hope this will be a great thing for him so that he can at least see outside and lift his spirits. He communicates some days and not others. Today he seemed to really understand and react to Greg when he spoke to him. This is very reassuring to Greg and Paula. Harry still has a long way to go before he will be back to himself.
Please continue to remember both mom and Harry in your prayers. Today I took Tessa to the Dr. for a fever she has had for three days. It seems to be a virus of some kind. Please pray for her healing as well! Love you!
