Prayer Request & Update

Today mom was taken by ambulance to Skyline. She was sitting in church and began to have distorted vision, tightening in her chest, pain and numbness in her arm, and a severe headache. She is staying overnight for testing and observation. They should know more by lunch time tomorrow. At midnight tonight they are doing another EKG and she will have a stress test in the morning. Please pray specifically that the Doctors will find the source of these symptoms and be able to determine the correct course of action to take for her care and recovery. Pray for the nurses who are taking care of her and the Doctors that are treating her. I know the power of prayer and we appreciate so much all of you who are praying for our family.

Greg's dad is still stable in the SICU at Vanderbilt. The new liver does seem to be working with his body right now and he is somewhat responsive when spoken to. He is still on dialysis for his kidneys and will be for some time to come. Through all of these trials Greg and I have really seen the miracles God performs daily in our lives, great and small. We know that He is with all of us always and we are comforted by the fact that He loves us and is forever by our side.
